Best Anime Series

Hello and thanks for dropping my the bestanimeseries.org! It’s probably safe to assume you’re looking for the best anime series but there’s just one problem we find with that.

There’s really no such thing.

With so much personal choice and factors which can affect what you, as an individual, think about a specific anime series there can’t really be one best. So what we’ve done rather than take our favorite is round up some of the best animes around (as in some of the more popular ones) and reviewed them to give you an idea of what they’re about. Hopefully this will help you find something you like.

The Best Anime Series

Each one of our anime reviews gives a basic idea of the storyline. We try not to give too much away and we always avoid any kind of spoilers (it wouldn’t be so great if we give away the ending would it?). We’ll show you a clip or two and compare it to other similar animies so if you like Trigun for example you’ll like this as well! You’ll find our top 5 best animated series list on the top right of every page and from our best anime series homepage you’ll see our latest reviews from the top down.

You might, from time to time, see some that are low rated. This doesn’t exactly mean you won’t like them – it’s just that we’ve found a fault with the series or a reason not to watch it. We try to avoid this as much as possible however and find something suitable for everyone. There’s a lot of anime seasons out there which are great so there’s no reason to focus too heavily on ones which give us a reason not to like them. ‘Tough but fair’ is our approach to reviews. We want to try and help people find some of the best animes around and there’s plenty to pick from.

We don’t look at reading Manga online or anime movies (although we might mention them from time to time if an anime series has a movie for example). We might mention a manga series if one exists but our key focus is an animated series or anime series.

There’s no one best anime series and if we only suggested the one – well we’d probably be letting a lot of people down. A small percentage of people would get something they actually want to see. Anime, more so than any TV series, has so many variations. Some people prefer more of an action anime series like Trigun or Gundam while others might prefer something more along the lines of Death Note or Naruto.

We’re not supported or paid by any anime director or studio. This means we don’t have to focus on any specific anime series and we’re free to focus on finding the best and the most popular. We can review whatever anime we like and suggest whatever we think people will enjoy the most. Sometimes we’ll look at more popular shows and other times we might dig up a treasure or two that few people might know about – but there’s some great animes around.

Get the Best Anime Series

We do not support piracy. If you’re here looking for a free stream then quite frankly put we hate you. The companies who create these shows rely on people actually watching them properly to keep going. If everyone just downloaded their favorite anime series then not only would they go broke – but they’d stop making them. The best animation series would become something drawn by a five year old in crayon because that’s all they could afford.

If you really want to watch the best anime series then you should look out for it showing legally on the television or legally online. All of our reviews link to the anime DvD on Amazon or to their direct video streaming service. It’s cheap but it supports the makers to keep new episodes coming, and you get proper full quality copy. That’s the only way to get some of the best anime series.
